About Eaglora

The facts
Eaglora HRMS is a web-based Human Resource Management System for employers in the Sultanate of Oman. It is built by Cloud Kite Solutions, a software company based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
The product handles employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, performance, recruitment and reporting, and a payroll engine built around four Omani statutory obligations: the Wage Protection System, the Social Protection Fund, Omanisation and end-of-service gratuity. The interface is available in English and Arabic.
Why Oman specifically
Most HR software sold into Oman is either a global product with a thin localisation layer or a regional product built for "the Gulf" as a single market. Both approaches struggle with the same thing: the statutory work in Oman is not a variation on payroll elsewhere, it is a different set of obligations.
Oman levies no personal income tax on individuals, so roughly half of what a payroll engine built for India or the UK does is irrelevant here. In its place sit three things those systems barely model — generating the WPS Salary Information File, calculating contributions on a base of basic wage plus housing allowance, and accruing gratuity under Article 61 for expatriate employees only.
Building for that directly, rather than configuring around it, is the whole premise of the product.
What we publish, and how
We maintain a compliance library covering Omani employment regulation. Every guide carries the date it was last verified and links to a primary source, and no statutory figure is published without one.
Where credible sources disagree — as they currently do on the Social Protection Fund contribution split — we say so and state no figure until it is confirmed with the authority. A page that is cited once and found wrong is worth less than a page that was never cited.
What we do not claim
This site carries no customer counts, no review scores, and no client logos, because we do not yet have ones we can substantiate. When we have customers willing to be named, they will appear here with their permission and not before.
