The Copilot answers questions about your own workforce data in plain language — who is over their leave balance, which documents expire next month, where your Omanisation ratio stands. It reads data only: it does not run payroll, approve requests, or edit records.

What it does

- Edit employee records

These limits are a design decision, not a missing feature. Running payroll, approving leave and editing records are actions with statutory consequences, and they stay with a person who is accountable for them.
